Science

This page explains our evidence method — how we decide what goes in a formula and what we say about it — not a list of studies. See the Ingredient Library for ingredient-specific facts as they publish.

Specificity over decoration

No "clinically proven," no unlabeled percentages, no generic science imagery standing in for an actual fact. If we can't show the real form, dose, and source behind a statement, we don't make the statement.

Nothing ships without approval on record

Every public claim on this site — an ingredient fact, a research reference, a certification — has to be logged with its exact wording, its source, and a reviewer sign-off before it's used anywhere. Unapproved claims don't get written, not even provisionally.

No disease language, ever

Compound is a dietary-supplement formula tool, not a treatment. We don't write or imply that any ingredient or formula treats, cures, or prevents a disease, regardless of what a source might claim.

Dose and form are the real signal

An ingredient's exact form (e.g. Monohydrate, not just a name) and the dose you actually chose matter more than a marketing adjective. That's what every ingredient page in the Library leads with.

References

No ingredient-specific references are approved yet — this is where they'll appear once they are. Each ingredient's page in the Library links its own sources directly once published, rather than a single detached list here.

This page describes our internal process, not medical advice. Talk to a physician about any supplement decision, especially alongside medication or a medical condition.
